Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One page with every block and theme, no credit card and no time limit. The page shows a small “Made with Plugbox” footer linking to plugbox.haus; the Agency plan removes it.
Can I switch or cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing settings. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my pages if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Pages above the new limit are locked for editing and stay live for 30 days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards via Stripe. Plugbox never sees your card number. Taxes such as VAT may be added at checkout.
Features marked “soon” are part of the plan but not available yet; they switch on automatically for your plan when they launch.
